CONTROL VALVES
Welker began with control valves and is still recognized for control valve
designs that offer unlimited flexibility. The Welker Jet® Control Valve
offers a design that fits into conventional piping configurations, an insert
style that fits between two standard pipe flanges and a new top-entry style
that provides ease of maintenance while leaving the valve body in the
pipeline. The straight through flow path and high-recovery design make the
Welker Jet applicable in all types of gas control installations.
COMPOSITE GAS SAMPLER
The Welker Composite Gas Sampler, with it's patented Vanishing Chamber®
collection head, is used to determine the quality of a flowing stream.
Welker Composite Gas Samplers are the only samplers capable of purging
themselves 100% prior to sample collection regardless of gas quality. Welker
Sampling Systems set the industry standard for accurate and repeatable
measurement. The sampler interfaces with any metering system, is as accurate
as any on-line analyzer and costs only one-fourth as much.
HYDROCARBON SAMPLERS
Utilizing a constant pressure system, Welker Light Liquid Hydrocarbon
Samplers can collect, store, mix, transport and inject a composite sample
into any analyzer without changing the phase of the sample. The sampler's
simple design and high reliability ensure 100% integrity of sample handling.
CRUDE OIL SAMPLER
The Welker Crude Oil Sampler is the industry's only true isokinetic design,
extracting a sample from he pipeline flow for analysis of brine, sediment
and water content. Major oil companies and petroleum cargo inspection
agencies worldwide rely on the Welker Crude Oil Sampler for pinpoint
accuracy and reliability. The new ELSCS Electric Sampler is designed for
those locations where pneumatic air supplies are not available. The ELSCS is
able to sample into atmospheric and constant pressure cylinders with the
accuracy that you've come to expect from Welker samplers.
SAMPLE CYLINDERS
Welker Constant Pressure Floating Piston Sample Cylinders collect and
maintain gas or liquid samples at full pipeline conditions-regardless of
pressure and temperature- and provide collection, storage and transport of
liquid or gas samples at pipeline conditions. D.O.T. approved models are
available for working pressures up to 3600 psi. DNV and Transport Canada
approved models are available in several sizes with working pressures up to
1800 psi. The recently introduced TRAXX PAK remote monitoring system allows
the customer to monitor several cylinders from one single location, saving
both time and money. The system is easily retrofitted to existing cylinders
or available as an option on new cylinders.
PRODUCT SAMPLERS
Welker leads the industry in the design and installation of Refined Product
Sampling Systems. They are engineered for the continuous and harsh
environments of refined product sampling conditions. Each system is
individually designed and built to specific customer needs and space
requirements.
